5 Fun Fourth Of July Manis!
Stars + Stripes2. Draw on white stars with a thin brush.
3. To get that faded-flag look, swipe red and white stripes on a sponge and press it gently onto the rest of your nails.
Patriotic Sparkle
1. Apply a clear base coat followed by two coats of a matte white polish.2. Dot on a red, white, and blue glitter polish, spreading out the glitter to get a fun, paint-splatter vibe.
4. Finish with a top coat and you're done!
Fireworks
1. Paint all nails with black polish.2. Use a tiny brush to paint blue and yellow bursts on nails.
3. Apply a glittery top coat for extra sparkle.

1. Paint all nails a light tan color.2. Using a small nail brush or a toothpick, paint a stripe of blue at the top of each nail.

At first I want to say something that everybody know: Eat Healthy
If somebody told you not to eat too much, I am saying that it is false. You can eat how much you want, but HEALTHY. That"s why I"m not fat :D. You can eat vegetables, fruits, salads. But if you don"t like that all, just try not to eat too much. And of course don"t eat so much chocolate, sweets and other things that make you getting fat. And if you want to have a really nice body, work out all the time, all the day. I always choose hula hoop ;).
So that was all the advice from me. Life is amazing enjoy every moment of it. Have fun. Byeeee :).
